The versatility that is built into DG Tours allows you to customise your experience to an extent. However, this implies that some aspects of the trip may require additional budgeting as they are not initially included in the cost of your package.
Below are the points that are not included in your package price.
Flights: The price of your trip does not include the cost of flights to and from your starting and finishing locations. You must individually reserve these.
Free Time Add-Ons: There is just the proper amount of free time on each trip for you to explore or fulfil your vacation fantasies. We provide Free Time Add-Ons, which are supplementary activities not figured into the base fee. The Package page highlights these add-ons.
Your tour manager will make a note of these and arrange for their booking while you are travelling.
Non-catered Meals: Budgeting for your preferences in non-catered meals is vital since you will have a lot of opportunities to explore a place and its culinary offers in greater depth during certain mealtimes. The cost of these meals is not included in your package.
Travel insurance and visa fees: The cost of your trip does not include travel insurance or visas; they must be booked independently by you.
Absolutely! Before you go with DG Tours, you must get comprehensive insurance that covers cancellation, personal injury, death, medical costs, repatriation costs, evacuation costs, personal responsibility, loss of personal property, and Covid-related costs.
It is also mandatory that your insurance covers all of the activities you'll be trying out on tour with us. So, whether you're into adventure sports or want to explore everything our tours offer, you must be covered by insurance.
The traveller is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary, legitimate papers for the trip.
You may need a valid passport and a visa to enter some countries, depending on where you're going and your nationality; be sure to confirm this well in advance of your trip's departure date. Also, please note that some nations also demand that passports have three to six months of validity beyond their stated expiration date. So make sure you check and update your passport accordingly.
You will be informed of any necessary DG Tour documents both during and after booking.
Depending on your nation of residency, you can download a passport application form from your government's website, your neighbourhood post office, or government premises if you're applying for your first passport.
It is important to research this before making any travel arrangements because passports have a fee and often take 6 to 12 weeks to be authorised and delivered (depending on your country of residency).
Visas are crucial and necessary for travelling to some countries. Prior to the start of your journey, it is your responsibility to get all required visas.
The website of your government typically has information on visa requirements readily available.
Do not wait until the last minute to apply for a visa because it can take up to 6 weeks and there is usually a fee included. Unless otherwise stated in DG Tours’ pre-trip material, we advise applying for all visas through your official visa service or travel agent before starting your trip.
You might need to bring swimwear, scarves, sweaters, proper footwear, or evening clothes, depending on where you're travelling and the time of year. Even in the summer, since temperatures can drop, it's a good idea to carry warm clothing.

We're here to help because we understand that you have queries and worries about travelling after COVID. See the material below for more details on travel security, the required vaccinations, reservations and cancellations, and the COVID-19 on-trip guidelines.
Our first priority is the safety of our passengers. Our basic values include preserving the communities we visit in addition to the safety of our visitors. It is crucial that we ensure those communities feel secure and that we all do everything we can to reduce the likelihood that someone will travel with, acquire, or transmit COVID-19. This is a component of acting responsibly, particularly in nations with populations that are more susceptible or have limited access to vaccines.
Although it is highly recommended, travel does not require vaccinations or boosters for all passengers.
You are responsible for adhering to any additional rules imposed by airlines, governments, or both, which may differ from the ones listed above.
If a PCR test is required for travel to your preferred destination and you test positive, you should delay travel and keep yourself isolated. If your PCR test is positive, you will not be able to travel with your group. Thus, we advise you to get in touch with your local health department and doctor.
You will be responsible for cancellation fees if you cancel less than 45 days before your scheduled departure.
If a problem arises, our committed support staff will work with you to find a solution and rebook you on a subsequent tour, or they will issue you a travel credit for subsequent trips.
Everywhere we go, we'll be following local health authority regulations, so if anyone exhibits symptoms or requests testing, the Trip Manager will assist in arranging for medical attention and/or examinations. If their test yields a positive result, they won't be permitted to proceed with their trip until they have received a genuine negative Covid test or have been given a medical clearance (false positives DO happen). In many locations, there are no-cost testing facilities available, and we will obey the recommendations of the regional health authorities to appropriately handle the issue and make sure that everyone's health is a top concern.
You may feel safe knowing that when you travel with us, your health and well-being come first. Our trip manager will constantly watch out for protocol compliance and offer support and direction to our travellers. If you have any worries while on your trip, please talk with your trip leader.
